Class Descriptions

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, there is a class for you at M3Yoga. From gentle, meditative classes to powerful, physically demanding styles, the studio is home to different traditions under one vibrant roof. We believe yoga involves discovering what is real both physically and mentally, and finding connection and acceptance.  We invite you try different classes and teachers to explore the possibilities. Your body and mind will thank you, you’re welcome!

This class begins with an active vinyasa practice to strengthen and lengthen the body. The yang part of the practice will prepare the body to then melt deeply into 30 minutes of yin yoga- a restorative deep release. End with a guided meditation while resting in svasana. Modifications and options are always offered to welcome practitioners of all levels.
This gentle yet challenging class is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. It is a deep yoga experience for all levels. Includes breathing exercises, deep stretches, creative sequences, balancing work, standing and floor postures. Many options and modifications are offered so that every person feels empowered and comfortable, challenged and supported.
This gentle class is a perfect end to the day... Come to your mat to practice mindful breathing while lengthening, stretching and opening the body, allowing your stress to melt away. Class includes gentle, yin and restorative poses and ends with a relaxing guided meditation in savasana - appropriate for all levels, including prenatal.
This 50-60 minute open level vinyasa class is a perfect break in the middle of the day. Come during your lunch break, from work, or before the kids get home. Added bonus, LUNCH! You can order your lunch from Freshii before class (salads, soups, wraps, smoothies) and it will be at the studio waiting for you after class. (option to leave at 12:50 or to stay until 1:00)
M3-Mindful Meditative Movement. This class is appropriate, suitable and perfect for everyone. Newbies, advanced yogis, runners, spinners, cross-fitters, young, old, overweight, overworked, overstressed, pre and post surgery, pre and post natal, cancer survivors, warriors, men, women... Work with the breath to experience strengthening, lengthening, and balancing.
A vigorous, joyful class that rinses you from the inside out, connecting breath to movement through a dynamic sequence of postures such as sun salutations, standing poses, seated and reclined postures. Arm balances and inversions may be offered but don’t let those intimidate you, all poses can be modified and experienced at a personal level.
Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit. Salute the sun with a smile and gracefully work out all of the kinks and tightness from your night's sleep. You'll feel enrgized, have amazing mental clarity, and will be ready to flow through your day with ease. Awaken. Bend. Stretch. Breathe. Flow.
A graceful and meditative class, consisting of dynamic yoga postures that will help to develop strength, balance, flexibility and inner calm. Learn alignment, conscious breathing, work with possible injuries or limitations, relax and enjoy (and you may even sweat a little). Ideal for all levels, including beginners, seniors, runners, cyclists, anyone seeking a dynamic yet not too challenging class, at a slower pace.
Be prepared to sweat and be challenged in the vigorous yoga flow class. Linking breath and movement through a creative and inspiring practice will bring you a sense of calm while working on strength and flexibility (not gymnastics and contortionism). This is a fun, upbeat class with cool music, taught by inspiring teachers. Some experience is helpful but modifications and options are always offered to accommodate all different levels.
Real men do yoga! A class geared for men, where it's okay to "not be able to touch your toes". Since the beginnings in India thousands of years ago, yoga was mainly taught by and studied by mostly men. Men are naturally tighter then women, and their lifestyles do not help the matter, often sitting at a desk all day, long commutes and high stress jobs. In this class, we will focus on the areas of the body where men carry stress and tension; the back, shoulders and neck, hips and hamstrings. We will also focus on learning to become more present on the mat, focusing on one thing at a time and the breath, to help deal with life's pressures off the mat, in the office and at home. No experience necessary.
